A class action Settlement has been reached in a lawsuit about whether GMRS made calls to cellphone users without first receiving express consent to do so.
Those included in the Settlement will be eligible to receive a payment of up to $15 (the actual amount, if any, of the payments will be based on the number of valid claim forms submitted, administrative costs, and any incentive awards or attorneys fees and expenses approved by the Court).
You may also have the opportunity to remove your cell phone number from the database of cell phone numbers to which calls could be made in the future by Defendant.
Your legal rights are affected whether you act, or don’t act.
You can file a claim online here or at the File Claim link above.
